Order Processing

All orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. Shipping timelines begin once your order has shipped, not when it is placed.

If an item is a preorder, the estimated ship date will be clearly noted in the product description, your cart, or your confirmation email. You will receive a separate notification once your preorder ships.

Shipping Notifications

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking details to update.

Package Responsibility & Protection

We are responsible for your package until it is marked “Delivered” or “Notice Left” by the carrier. Once a delivery attempt notice has been left or a package is marked as returned by the carrier, we are no longer responsible for the shipment.

For added peace of mind, we offer package insurance at checkout through Route, a leading package protection and tracking provider. By selecting Route, your order will be protected against loss, theft, or damage, subject to Route’s terms and conditions.

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, you may file a claim directly with Route for a replacement or full reimbursement. We strongly recommend selecting Route package protection during checkout.

Domestic Shipping Rates & Estimates

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout. Rates are based on weight, destination, and selected shipping method. Most domestic orders ship via the United States Postal Service (USPS).

International Shipping

We offer international shipping for most products.

  • Taxes, duties, and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient.

  • Failure to pay required duties may result in the package being returned. Returned international packages due to unpaid duties are considered forfeited and are not eligible for a refund.

  • Orders shipped internationally using a proxy or forwarding service are not eligible for refunds due to damage.
