The Take features longtime friends Scotty Roberts (Spudmonsters, Biohazard) on vocals and guitars, and Will Shepler (Agnostic Front, Madball) on drums, and Oi veteran Carlos Congote (Royal Hounds, formerly of 45 Adapters) on bass, delivering an electrifying punch of punk rock. Their self-titled album is a tour de force of aggro guitars and driving rhythms, creating intense, catchy anthems.

The 2019 debut LP packs 11 explosive tracks into 30 minutes, blending stark sounds with bold, uncompromising lyrics. The Take resurrects the gritty essence of NY hardcore punk, honoring the genre’s pioneers while adding their own ferocious twist.
